Refund policy
Returns
Items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To request a return, contact our sales team at CustomerService@JahStyles.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If eligible, the customer must send the item to the address provided. The customer remains responsible for the item until recieved. Customers will not be charged a restocking fee for items accepted as eligible returns.
Additional non-returnable items
Any item that has been used, show signs of wear and tear, and that are not in original packaging are not eligible for return. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your financial institution. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@JahStyles.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 96 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective item(s). You can reach out to us at CustomerService@JahStyles.com.
