Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within 4 days from the time they have been placed. Shipping generally takes 5 to 10 days, depending on courier routes,  holidays, and weather. Tracking information will be provided when available.

If the customer makes a mistake when ordering items and needs to correct the shipping information, customer should contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Customers should send an email to our sales team at CustomerService@JahStyles.com and include the order number, identifying information, the address initially entered, the correct shipping information, and a phone number that the customer can be contacted at. Customers are responsible to enter the correct shipping address and remain responsible if not corrected within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

To return your product, you should email us at CustomerService@JahStyles.com to request a refund.

You may be responsible for shipping cost if the item is being returned. In the event the customer becomes responsible for the return, shipping costs associated with the return are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping items back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Customers remain responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us.
